Employee policies

  • It is the policy of the company to give double bonus in a year to all the employees who have completed six months of service .The company also awards extra bonus according to performance ,commitment and efficiency.
  • Since the company keeps on coming up with new IPOs (Public Issues), it is also included in our policy to allot preferential shares to its employees at a discounted rate.
  • We also have a Savings scheme for employees in which 10% of their basic salaries for Six months of service are deposited in an employees’ welfare account which would be utilized for purchasing shares thereby increasing their investments manifold.
