The Managing Director, Mr.Rajiv Kashyap has been honoured with the Udyog Ratna Award for his contribution towards the Indian construction Industry by the Institute of Economic Studies, New Delhi. Dr.Bhishma Narain Singh (Hon’ble former governor of Tamil Nadu &Assam), presented this award to him at a special function held at New Delhi on 16th July, 2008. Excellence Award was conferred upon M/s. Fact Enterprise Ltd at the same function.

He was also awarded the " Indian achievers Award for Industrial Development" by the All India Achievers Foundation on the occasion of National Seminar on "National Development through Individual Achievements & World Peace" held in New Delhi on 11th August,2008.

Mr.Rajiv Kashyap has received many awards such as Best Citizen Award, Best Corporate Citizen Award, Welfare of under Privileged Children Award, National Contribution Award, All India Achievers Award etc.
